About The Artist

Rae Ingwersen

Born and raised in Scotland, lived in Canada then moved to the Kennebunks with 2 small children and husband in the late 70's.

Always interested in the creative process , painting , fiber arts, majored in sculpture in college. 

I have shown work in Scotland , Canada and here.

Very interested in color and in particular using it in exploring more abstract work. 
I hope to keep exploring creatively for many years to come. Art is what gets me out of bed in the mornings.
